Strategic Planning for Systems Engineering

The workshop “Strategic Planning for Systems Engineering” is designed to help technical experts and teams plan the introduction of systems engineering (SE) efficiently and rigorously. 

In this workshop, we teach you to develop customized analyses and roadmaps. Using our maturity model, we teach you to develop a meaningful assessment of the current situation and forward-looking target scenarios. Our Master Plan of Action is used to design a goal-oriented roadmap. By dividing it into four key aspects, you can ensure that all relevant issues are taken into account in your implementation project. 

Without a targeted plan, the introduction of SE can fail due to a lack of acceptance within the company.

Prerequisites:
